Su-a Lee Introduces… Brìghde Chaimbeul and Aidan O'Rourke

Su-a Lee, one of Scotland’s most charismatic musical personalities, has curated a series of concerts by musicians she particularly admires. Aidan O’Rourke, Lau’s award-winning fiddler/composer, teams with pioneering piper Brìghde Chaimbeul, winner of BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award and Horizon Award. Her acclaimed debut album The Reeling was named Guardian Folk Album of the Month and voted one of the 20 Scottish Albums of the Year. Drawing on Gaelic heritage and piping traditions, her arrangements are hypnotic and richly textured. Part of The Brunton's programme at Northesk Church.
