Terms and Conditions

  • It is a condition of booking that customers give an email address, as well as a phone number, when booking. This is to enable contact to be made in relation to the booking such as rescheduling and cancellations. Customers will also be given the choice of opting in to receive marketing communications.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that emails and junk folders are checked for communication from our box office as refunds or credits cannot be made after the performance date.

  • Ticket collections must be made at least 15 minutes before the performance starts.

  • For half an hour before the start of a show, priority at box office, is given to ticket collections. Patrons wishing to make future bookings must do so before this time.

  • Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break. If there is no suitable break admission will be refused. If admitted latecomers may be required to sit in alternative seats.

  • Mobile phones, pagers and digital alarms must be switched off in the auditoria.

  • Photography and the use of video or audio recording equipment is not permitted in the auditoria.

  • Unpaid reservations will only be made for groups of 10 or more and held for 5 working days before being released.

  • Tickets for unreserved seating or standing events cannot be reprinted. Reprints for seated tickets are at the discretion of management.

  • When purchasing/collecting a discounted ticket, patrons must provide adequate proof of concession on request.

  • Where a special offer applies after sales have started, retrospective discounts cannot be applied to existing bookings.

  • Refunds and exchanges are not permitted, unless an event is cancelled or significantly altered.

  • The Brunton prefers to operate a cashless ticketing system. However we appreciate that some people need to pay in cash. Cash will therefore be accepted but in the event of a refund, this will be made onto a debit or credit card.

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued after an event has passed, due to non attendance.

  • In the event a show is cancelled or significantly altered, patrons will be issued with the face value of the ticket.

  • All transactions are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee.

  • Management reserve the right to cancel bookings, which are reasonably believed to have been booked under fraudulent circumstances.

  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and on occasion conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons.

  • The Management reserves the right to change artist(s) and substitute or cancel any performance.

  • Many events at The Brunton are promoted by external companies. This means we must abide by their policies on refunds, exchanges, lost tickets etc.
